Jin Zhang
Founding Partner
Dr. Jin Zhang was a Partner/Managing Director and Deputy Head of China and led Asia Pacific's energy practice at Russell Reynolds Associates, where he had spent years advising private equity firms, multinational corporations and Chinese enterprises on leadership issues and searching for board members, CEOs and senior executives. He had extensive experience in energy, manufacturing and automotive sectors. Previously, he held management and technical positions with ExxonMobil, Halliburton, and McKinsey in Houston. Dr. Zhang holds a B.S. degree in Modern Physics from University of Science and Technology of China and an M.S. degree and a Ph.D. degree, both in Nuclear Engineering, from Purdue University.

Huixing Yang
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Huixing Yang served as CFO of RMB Funds at Sequoia Capital China, responsible for finance management and fund operations of five RMB funds and several SPV funds. She was deeply involved in the fundraising, investment support, and portfolio management at Sequoia. Previously, she served as VP of Finance at CITIC PE and Audit Manager at PWC. Ms. Huixing Yang holds a bachelor degree in Information Management from Shanxi University of Finance and Economics and a master's degree in Finance from Central University of Finance and Economics.

Karen Zhang
Managing Director, Investor Relations and Capital Markets
Ms. Karen Xi Zhang served as the Director of Public Policy of Warburg Pincus Asia from 2009 to 2016, where she was responsible for post-investment related capital markets business, corporate finance, and fundraising. Prior to joining Warburg, Ms. Zhang worked for UBS London in the Investment Banking Division and Zoomlion's Overseas Investment and Financing Department, where she engaged in capital markets and the overseas M&A business. Ms. Zhang holds a Master’s degree in Banking and International Finance from City University in the U.K.

Yingying Lin
General Manager, Operation
Ms.Lin Yingying worked for Gerson Lehrman Group (“GLG”), as sales operation for China district and Beijing office operation manager. She also worked for DHL and UPS, specialized in sales operation and marketing. Ms. Lin holds a Master's in Business Administration degree from the Vlerick, and National School of Development, Peking University.
