Enpower Advanced Battery Manufacturing Base is Completed and Put into Operation

On Nov. 21st, Enpower, a portfolio of Asia Green Fund, successfully held the Advanced Battery Manufacturing Base Completion and Commissioning Ceremony in Pang Ge Zhuang Town, Daxing District. This modern battery production base was completed and put into operation in just four months, which indicates that Enpower has broken through in industrialization development, and it is also an important milestone for Enpower to move from R&D to mass production.
This GWh production line is a solid flexible battery core line with high automation and future-oriented advanced battery manufacturing technology. It has a high level of integration and compatibility, which is an industrial demonstration base for the Enpower solid battery.
It is reported that the current products are SWIFT series with high specific energy, excellent energy density, rate performance, and low temperature from 10Ah to 40 Ah, the energy density of 300-350Wh/kg, continuous 2C charging, and 5C discharging, and normal temperature capacity of more than 75% at -40℃. It can be widely used in unmanned aerial vehicles, robots, electric motorcycles, electric vehicles, eVTOL, or other application scenarios.
After years of technical research, Enpower has made landmark achievements in solid-state battery technology and has entered the first tier around the world. As a high-tech enterprise focusing on the R&D and industrialization of solid-state batteries and its core materials, Enpower has established an advanced battery R&D center in Tsinghua University (Gu 'an) Pilot Incubation Base, a China R&D Head Office and an international innovation center and demonstration production line for advanced batteries and materials in Daxing District, and a GWh demonstration factory in Pang Ge Zhuang Town, Daxing District. Because of its technological advantages spanning China, Japan, and the United States, Enpower integrates top international resources and forms unique capabilities of independent innovation and efficient execution. By promoting the industrialization and application of solid-state batteries, Enpower has accumulated rich experience from the bottom principle, and process equipment to the whole package design in lithium metal batteries, sulfide solid-state electrolytes, all-solid-state batteries equipment, and technologies.
Enpower will take the factory in Daxing as a template, take full advantage of the complete battery industry chain in Asia, and gradually expand to form a complete supply chain system on a global scale, thus reducing the cost of production and development and delivery risks, ensuring customers' various demand, and finally forming advanced and mature international battery manufacturing capabilities. Enpower will deliver 60,000 batteries of SWIFT products this year, achieve GWh-level production capacity next year, achieve mass production of 10GWh-level in 2026, and strive to achieve the global industrial base layout of 100+GWh by 2030.
