• JJC TEC Completed the E Round Financing, AGF Invested
JJC TEC completed the E-round financing. This is significant financing for JJC after the D-round of strategic investment by PetroChina Kunlun Capital and Sinopec Capital. The investment is led by SDIC Fund and Seekers Capital, followed by China Venture Capital Fund, Jingguoguan Equity Investment Fund, Starlight Capital, and Asia Green Fund, and existing investors Summitview Capital and China Merchants Capital. The fund will go towards the continuous R&D of the Smart Wrench and Clusters System. This investment is in line with COP28 efforts and the Oil & Gas Decarbonization Charter that aims to accelerate climate action.

• Baoying Gases Completed the Financing of RMB 400 million in Round B and Round B+
Baoying Gases announced the completion of 400 million RMB financing in Round B and Round B+, which is invested by Cathay Capital, Bocom Capital, and Hengxu Capital. Baoying Gases has always been studied intensively based on their “industrial blood” property, and they will continue to lay in traditional fields such as semiconductor gas, hydrogen energy, and medical gas, as well as actively expand in new fields such as green energy and carbon dioxide energy storage.

• IICT Acquired the Pre-IPO Strategic Investment from Intellifusion
IICT, an AI technology and solution provider focusing on intelligent road network scenarios, announced the completion of the pre-IPO financing. The investor is Intellifusion, an AI-listed company in the STAR Market. The fund will be used to continuously promote intelligent hardware, AI algorithm models, in-depth R&D of big data, scene innovation, and marketing, and the introduction of high-end AI technology talents. The cooperation will also help both parties to complement each other in technology and scenarios, jointly expand the AI+ transportation market segment, and accelerate the penetration of AI technology in the transportation field.

• Enpower Reached a Strategic Cooperation with Thongwijit Vehicle
On Dec. 1st, Enpower signed an MOU with Thongwijit Vehicle Co., Ltd. in Bangkok, and signed the first purchase order at the same time. Thongwijit Vehicle will apply Enpower’s high energy density pouch battery (320Wh/kg) to the UAV field to design and manufacture new electric transportation solutions.

• Sunwoda EVB Yiwu Base Products Officially Came Offline and Signed a Strategic Cooperation with Three Gorges Electric Energy
Recently, the first battery cell and PACK of SEVB Yiwu New Energy Power Battery Production Base project officially went offline, which indicates that the manufacturing project with the largest single investment in the history of Jinhua, Zhejiang Province was officially put into production, and also indicates that SEVB Yiwu Base officially entered the rapid development stage.

In addition, SEVB officially signed a strategic cooperation with Three Gorges Electric Energy (Shanghai) and Sunwoda Smart Energy. This signing indicates that the three companies will carry out in-depth cooperation in intelligent comprehensive energy fields such as ship electrification, battery-swap electric heavy-duty truck, electrochemical energy storage, photovoltaic power generation, and industrial green energy saving, and jointly promote the development of green and low-carbon demonstration projects in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.

• Baoying Gases Signed a Contract at the 2023 World Intelligent Manufacturing Conference
The 2023 World Intelligent Manufacturing Conference was held in Nanjing, Baoying Gases attended and signed a major project cooperation agreement on the "Hydrogen Power Industrialization Project". In the future, Baoying Gases will take advantage of its production technology in the industrial gas field and the upstream and downstream supporting facilities of the hydrogen energy industry, carry out all-round cooperation with Jiangbei New District to jointly explore the feasible development path of "hydrogen economy", accelerate its large-scale development, and help the healthy and high-quality development of domestic hydrogen energy industry.
 
• BABO Donat One Million RMB Materials to Help the Disaster Areas in Gansu
Babo activated the disaster relief response for the first time and donated 1 million materials to the disaster area through the Red Cross of Jishishan Country, Gansu Province to provide emergency necessities for people through the disaster.
 
• IICT Has Become a Member of the AI Sub-technical Committee of the NITS and the JTC1/WG11; IICT Organizes free Clinic Activities
IICT officially be a unit member of the AI Sub-committee of the NITS. It will cooperate with the other members to strengthen the development and experimental verification of key standards, carry out key research in the field of AI, and further promote cooperation in international standardization work.
 
In addition, to actively participate in the construction of a "Healthy Village" and fulfill the social responsibility of AI high-tech enterprises, IICT initiated contacted the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University, Zhangjiakou Science and Technology Workers Association and other units to organize professional medical staff to the village of Lizhihuizhuang Village, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, to conduct free clinic activities.

• Leadsynbio Attended the International Nutrition and Health Expo 2023
On Dec.14th, the Shenzhen International Nutrition and Health Expo 2023 was held in Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. Leadsynbio attended in this grand event and fully demonstrated its innovation and landing products of synthetic biology technology in the big health industry, and was widely concerned by guests and partners at home and abroad.

On Dec. 14th, the CLS Investment Summit of 2023, which was directed by Shanghai United Media Group and hosted by CLS, kicked off in Shanghai. At the event, the "Most Valuable Leaders List in the Capital Market" was released, and Kingwills™ won the "Most Innovative Value Award of the Year" for its innovative technology.
 
• Sunwoda EVB Has Won Multiple Industry Awards
The First China Automobile Unicorn Conference was held in Maanshan, Anhui. Sunwoda EVB was invited and won the “China Automobile Unicorn Leading Enterprise Award”. SEVB is the only enterprise in the power battery industry to be awarded.

CIAS 2023 China New Energy Vehicle Industry Digital Intelligence Annual Conference was successfully held in Hefei, Anhui Province. Sunwoda EVB won the for its Battery Quality Prediction and Decision-making Solution Based on AI and Big Data.

The 2023 Industrial Chain Supply Chain Digital Economy Conference was successfully held. Sunwoda EVB's "Digital Supply Chain: Intelligent Plan" won the <2023 Industrial Chain Supply Chain Digital Economy Innovation Case>, and it is the first digital supply chain innovation platform in the power battery industry.

• Horen Group Received the Highest-level AAA Certification for the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization

Recently, at the "GTM2023 (6th) Global Technology Mobility Conference" held in Beijing. Dr. Yan Jun, Founder, Chairman, and CIO of IICT, is awarded the "2023 China Top10 Pioneer of Innovation and Change in Technology Mobility Industry".
