PART 01 Financing Developments
• Kingwills Raised over RMB100 Million in B Round Financing
Recently, Kingwills announced the completion of the B round financing of over RMB100 million. This round is jointly led by China National Building Materials Fund and GPRO Investment, participated by Shaanxi Coal Investment, Rivertown Capital, and existing investors GL Ventures and Oriental Yuhong. Taihe Capital acts as a long-term exclusive financing consultant. The fund will go towards expanding the production line, strengthening the supply chain system, and building a top-talent team.

• Atantares and Suzhou China Analysis Company Reached a Strategic Cooperation
On May 9th, Atantares and Suzhou China Analysis Company reached a strategic cooperation. Atantares is committed to developing a high-throughput platform based on "Semiconductor&Microfluidic&Micro-biological reaction control". Suzhou China Analysis has deep technical accumulation in the R&D of fully automatic systems in the fields of Genomics, Proteomics, and Metabonomics. The two sides will give full play to their respective advantages and aim at international frontier applications for in-depth cooperation, to provide brand-new ideas and paradigms for continuously promoting full automation.
• Sunwoda EVB Appeared in Multiple Technology Forums
Recently, Sunwoda EVB appeared at the 15th China International Battery Fair and the 2023 Volvo Car APAC Sustainability Tech Forum. Sunwoda EVB made its debut with a variety of products, and the leading new energy products and solutions, which attracted the attention of the audience and the media.
• Kingwills Appeared at the 87th China International Medical Equipment Fair
From May 14th-17th, the 87th China International Medical Equipment Fair (CMEF) was successfully held in Shanghai. With the theme of "Keeping the Aseptic Path", KingwillsTM was unveiled at the scene, bringing a solution of flash-spun nylon medical packaging to help medical device packaging achieve carry-up upgrades.
• BABO Appeared at the 30th China International Disposal Paper Expo
On May 14th, the 30th China International Disposal Paper Expo was grandly opened at Nanjing International Expo Center. As the pioneer of the natural paper industry, BABO made a stunning appearance and the popularity was bursting lasted for three days. Many exhibitors and agents visited BABO’s exhibition area to learn about its production and operation, and affirmed BABO’s innovative skills in bamboo fiber.
• Ramon Gonzalez, an Academician of the Academy of Medical and Biological Engineering, Joined Mojia Bio as the Chief Scientific Officer

On May 20th, at the 2023 World Intelligence Congress--"Tianjin National New Generation AI Innovation and Development Pilot Zone Summit Forum", the unveiling ceremony of the National New Generation Intelligent Transportation Vehicle State Perception Innovation Platform (Tianjin Center) was held grandly. The technical application of the IRN high-level autopilot demonstration zone built in the Hebei District of Tianjin was demonstrated on the spot.

Sunwoda EVB as the only representative of the electric vehicle industry was selected as an Outstanding Case of the Asia Conference on Low Carbon Technology and Innovation. In recent years, the performance of green energy products of Sunwoda EVB has been continuously improved, and the development of low-carbon technology has been continuously broken. The annual installed capacity, total operating income, and net profit of the battery have also reached a record high.
• Huitongda Listed as the No.1 in the Brand Value List of Global Listed Companies—Yinyue List
On May 9th, the "2023 7th Brand Value List of Global Listed Companies" initiated by NBD and co-sponsored by China Enterprise Research Center of SEM Tsinghua University was held in Beijing. Huitongda topped the Brand Value List of Global Listed Companies—Yinyue List.
